Change the OEM System Properties Logo and Support Information?
You need to edit the files OEMINFO.INI to change the support information and to identify your company to the user.
The other file you need to change is OEMLOGO.BMP, this BMP is the logo that is display in System Properties.
you could create your own logo and rename it to OEMLOGO.BMP. For more detail on creating the BMP Please go here

Both files must be copy to the windows systems folder. (Please Note different OS has a different system folder path)

How to recovery the windows Product Key from Windows XP or Microsoft Office?
On windows 9x the Product Key is visible in the registry. Under the Registry key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows\CurrentVersion\Product Key".
Microsoft change this under windows 2000 and XP. Product key is still in the registry under the key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DigitalProductId"
but it is encode, so no human could read it.
I have provide a Free Tool, which will decode the Product Key. It been tested on Windows 98se/XP but it should work with 9x/ME/2k/XP
